East Feluga Road, East Feluga
Total land area is 46.198Ha with a net production area of 35.8Ha of which 7.38Ha is currently under fallow. The property offers access via East Feluga Road (bitumen road) and is contained within a single title.
Cardstone Road, Dingo Pocket
Total land area is 139.6Ha with a net production area of 102.41Ha with 20.64Ha currently under fallow. The property is partly fenced and has access via an easement to a bitumen road. Approximately 37.19Ha of the property is contained within rainforest and creeks and is contained within a single title.
Old Tully Road, Birkalla
Total land area is 44.02Ha with a net production area of 35.69Ha with 10.57Ha currently under fallow. The property is crossed by a small creek and offers access to power via the bitumen road at the front of the property and is contained within a single title.
Brodrick Road & Bruce Highway, Birkalla
Total land area is 79.41Ha with an additional area of 3.23Ha under Road Licence: The property has net production area of 61.45Ha with 11.65Ha currently under fallow. The property features exposure to the Bruce Highway and over 10Ha of creeks and pockets of rainforest and is on 3 titles. Access is via a gravelled road.
Syndicate Road, Jarra Creek QLD
